We believe that God is calling us to build gifted and anointed worship teams to lead His people deeper into His presence so that the Church in the UK will look different as a result.
JOIN THE COMMUNITY
3 GATHERINGS ACROSS THE YEAR
As part of the Worship Learning Community, you get 5 places at our 3 in-person gatherings. You might decide to bring 5 of your worship leaders, or 5 of your key leaders, or 5 people representing different areas of your worship team (song writing, production etc.) These gatherings are fully catered and will be hosted at King's Community Church Southampton.
MAIN SESSIONS
At each gathering, we will hear from some of the most experienced worship leaders & worship pastors. Amongst our guest speakers, we are excited to be hosting Simon Brading (Newday) and Nick Herbert (Worship Central).
SEMINAR STREAMS
Our seminar streams will cover a wide breadth of topics focusing on practical areas for you and your team to grow. These will be workshop-style settings hosted by an experienced facilitator.
TEAM HANGOUTS
A key part of our gatherings is creating a context for your team to dream together for the future. You'll be able to apply the learning from main sessions & seminars and put together a plan for your next steps as a team.
ONLINE RESOURCES
COACHING
Every church in the Worship Learning Community will be assigned a coach. This will be someone with the gifting and experience to mentor you throughout the year. ​You are entitled up to 6 online sessions a year. You might want specific one-to-one coaching for your team leader, or you might want to invite a few key leaders. These sessions will be a chance to receive helpful, direct input into your specific struggles and to put some strategies in place for your growth targets. We are so excited to pray with you and journey with you!
SEMINAR RECORDINGS
In-person events are great, but often six months later we can forget everything we learned! Via our Online Portal, you will have access to all recordings of seminars and main sessions from our in-person gatherings, as well as all the resources from our Team Hangouts.
MONTHLY PODCASTS
Every month, you will get exclusive access to our HOW-TO podcast series, where we will be interviewing some of the most experienced and gifted worship pastors, worship leaders, musicians and songwriters. These are designed for us to listen on-the-go, and to help us with practical insights from experts in their field.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does it cost?
A one-year full membership to the Worship Learning community is £750 per church. This covers the cost of all catered in-person events, and Online coaching & resources.
Do I get to choose my coach/mentor?
Your church will be assigned a coach based upon an initial survey which will help us provide you with the best person!
How many people from my church can come to the in-person events?
Each church can bring up to 5 people to the in-person events (perhaps your key leaders/core team). This is because there will be time dedicated for strategic planning/next steps for your team. If you would like to bring additional team members, you can do so at an additional cost of £50 per person, per event (this is to cover catering costs)
Where will the in-person gatherings take place?
Each in-person gathering will be held at King’s Community Church, Southampton.
