We believe that God is calling us to build gifted and anointed worship teams to lead His people deeper into His presence so that the Church in the UK will look different as a result.
JOIN THE COMMUNITY
1 IN-PERSON GATHERING
As part of the Worship Learning Community, you get to come to our in-person gatherings, where we worship together, learn from guest speakers and from one another. We highly recommend you bring as much of your worship team along as possible. The gathering is designed for worship leaders, musicians, song writers and production team members, with opportunities in the day to plan together as a team. You might decide to bring 5 of your worship leaders, and 5 of your musicians, or 5 of your key leaders and 5 of your song writers - it is completely up to you! Lunch is provided and will be hosted at King's Community Church Southampton.
MAIN SESSIONS
At our gathering, we will hear from some of the most experienced worship leaders & worship pastors. Previously, we have had John Risbridger (writer of The Message of Worship), Nick Herbert (from Gas Street Music) and Lou Fellingham (Phatfish). SEMINAR STREAMS
Our seminar streams will cover a wide breadth of topics focusing on practical areas for you and your team to grow. These will be workshop-style settings hosted by an experienced facilitator.
TEAM HANGOUTS
A key part of our gatherings is creating a context for your team to dream together for the future. You'll be able to apply the learning from main sessions & seminars and put together a plan for your next steps as a team.
ONLINE RESOURCES
COACHING
Each church that signs up for the Worship Learning Community coaching will be assigned a coach. This will be someone with the gifting and experience to mentor you throughout the year. ​You are entitled up to 4 online sessions a year. You might want specific one-to-one coaching for your team leader, or you might want to invite a few key leaders. These sessions will be a chance to receive helpful, direct input into your specific struggles and to put some strategies in place for your growth targets. We are so excited to pray with you and journey with you!
SEMINAR RECORDINGS
In-person events are great, but often six months later we can forget everything we learned! Via our Online membership, you will have access to all recordings of seminars and main sessions from our in-person gatherings, as well as all the resources from our Team Hangouts.
BI-MONTHLY PODCASTS
Every two months, you will get exclusive access to our podcast series, where we will be interviewing some of the most experienced and gifted worship pastors, worship leaders, musicians and songwriters. These are designed for us to listen on-the-go, and to help us with practical insights from experts in their field.

How much does it cost?
A ticket to our gathering costs £40 per person, and a team of 10 people costs £300 (saving 10%!). Our online coaching costs £150 for the whole year.
Do I get to choose my coach/mentor?
Your church will be assigned a coach based upon an initial survey which will help us provide you with the best person!
How many people from my church can come to the in-person events?
As many as you want! If you purchase the team ticket, you can bring 10 people and save 10%!
Where will the in-person gatherings take place?
Our in-person gathering will be held at King’s Community Church, Southampton.
